          <p>优化算法解决的是“怎样找到更好的解”，评价指标回答的是“什么样的结果才算好”。二者需要配合，却不能混为一谈：训练损失下降，不一定意味着泛化能力提高；一次运行找到较低的目标值，也不足以说明一种算法普遍优于另一种。</p>
